David Hasselhoff a.k.a. David Michael Hasselhoff is an American actor and singer. He mother, Dolores was a homemaker and father Joe Hasselhoff was a business executive. He spent his pre teen years in Jacksonville, Florida. David attended Christ the King Elementary School. He then joined St. Jude the Apostle and later Marist High School. David next enrolled in Lyons Township High School and graduated from the same. He next joined Bates College and Oakland University.
On the Soap Opera ‘The Young and the Restless’, David appeared as Dr. William Snapper Foster. He portrayed that character from 1975 to 1982. It was 1979 when David got a role in Starcrash. He was seen portraying Simon on the show. He next joined Knight Rider in 1982 as Michael Knight. David reprised the same role in Knight Rider 2000 and cameo in 2008’s Knight Rider (TV Movie).
In 1989, David Hasselhoff joined Baywatch. Series got cancelled after the first season only. Believing that Baywatch has the potential, he invested his own money to support the series and also served as the executive producer of the series. He then married Pamela Bach, an actress, on December 9, 1989 and has two daughters, Taylor Ann Hasselhoff and Hayley Amber Hasselhoff with her. After the successful 16 years of their marriage, they decided to break their relation.
